How are we going to do this?
With a development project which will attract interest on an international scale.
We are working to produce a proposal for potential investors with four coordinated aspects:

• building
• planning
• farm management
• tourism management

Building works:
- Careful restoration of the farmhouses and their annex buildings
- Maintaining the original dimensions and bringing them back to their former glory
- Restoring the traditional style and appeal to the old farmhouses
- Install the most up-to-date technology and services in the property
- Ensure the highest standards of security and comfort

We will restore about 200 units of accommodation in this way, enough for a total of 800 guests.

Planning works:
- Maintaining a circular estate road which links most of the properties
- Restoring the main roads with appropriate materials to obtain a high level of security while retaining the traditional appearance of the countryside
- Connection to services, fibre optics, water supply, underground electrical supply, road links
- Partial restoration of typical plant-life in the countryside
- The 4km AgripeccioliFarm circular road links a large number of farmhouses which would otherwise be cut-off
