	Fondi Rustici Peccioli now owns a farm estate with 900 hectares of land - half arable land, half woodland - 40 farm buildings and 15 urban buildings, all within the district of Peccioli

	The company Società Agricola Fondi Rustici Peccioli S.r.l. was set up in 2004 by the local authority, Comune di Peccioli (PI), (with 55% of social capital) and the company Belvedere S.p.A. - an innovational company partly owned by the Comune - (with 45% of social capital).
