	The administration office of the Fondi Rustici Peccioli is in the building known as the Palazzo Fondi Rustici, situated in the historic centre of Peccioli and was completely restored after the purchase by the company.

	The Palazzo which is certainly one of the most notable buildings in the historic centre, was thus brought back to life by the community of Peccioli. The building now houses offices for the companies Belvedere S.p.A., Finev SGR S.p.A. and Fondi Rustici Peccioli S.r.l. The Palazzo Fondi Rustici, before it became part of the estate at the end of the 1700s, belonged to the Regio 'Spedale di Santa Chiara di Pisa' (previously known as "Spedale novo").
